1. Introduction

Welcome to Blogmize.ai. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our AI-powered content generation platform. By accessing our website, tools, or dashboard, you agree to be bound by these terms. Our services are operated from our office at STPI, Hinjewadi Phase 1, Pune.

2. Description of Digital Services

Blogmize.ai provides advanced AI writing and marketing automation tools, including but not limited to:

  • AI Blog Generation: Generating SEO-optimized, humanize blog posts in seconds.
  • Visual Content Tools: Blog-to-Video generation and AI-powered Social Media post creation.
  • Marketing Features: Lead Capture System, One-Click Email Marketing, and Smart Topic Suggestions.
  • Data Management: Analytics Dashboard and exporting content in PDF or Word formats.

3. User Account & Subscriptions

Users must register to access the dashboard. We offer a 14-day free trial with 5 free AI-generated blogs to new users. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity performed under your login credentials.

4. Payment & Gateway Transactions

Payments for premium plans are handled via integrated secure payment gateways. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all fees associated with the selected plan on time.
  • Authorize Blogmize.ai to charge your payment method for renewals unless canceled.
  • Provide accurate billing information to our support at support@gmail.com.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Your Content: All blog posts and marketing copy generated using Blogmize.ai belong to you for commercial and personal use. Our Platform: All proprietary algorithms, "Smart Algorithms," design elements, and the Blogmize AI brand remain the sole property of Blogmize.ai.

6. Fair Usage & Restrictions

You agree not to use our AI tools to generate illegal, hateful, or harmful content. Reverse engineering our software or attempting to bypass our security features is strictly prohibited.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of the use of Blogmize.ai shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune, Maharashtra.
